What are your shipping charges?

1 - 5 pieces:  $7.95
6 - 10 pieces:  $10.95
11+ pieces:  Free Shipping

Shipping is to one address per order.

How are orders shipped? At this time we can only ship in the continental USA, as well as Hawaii & Alaska.

We use the US Postal Services' Priority Mail or UPS Ground to deliver our packages.  All orders over $500 are shipped UPS signature required.

How soon will I receive my order? Most orders ship within 2 to 5 days.  Shipping time depends on distance from our facility.

Can I ship to two different addresses? Our system allows for one shipping address per order.  Shipping to more than one address requires a separate order for each address.

Can this order be rushed?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be rushed at this time.  Orders are custom heat-pressed according to a carefully structured schedule.

Will I receive confirmation of my order? Yes, you will receive a confirmation e-mail when we process your order, and a second e-mail containing your tracking number will be sent when the order leaves our facility. 

A signature will be required at the time of delivery for all orders totaling $500 or more.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Defective items, wrong shipments or shortages need to be reported within 14 days of receiving your order by sending an e-mail to:  Shop@UpNorthUniversity.com. These items will be replaced at our expense.

An Exchange and Return Form is enclosed in every shipment for your convenience.  It is located on the back of your packing slip.

What are my payment options? We exclusively accept PayPal for online orders. You can either pay with a PayPal account or, if you do not have a PayPal account, you can use your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express card and PayPal will process it.

For orders by mail, we accept money orders or cashier’s checks made payable to Cedar Run Enterprises, LLC. 

There will be a $30.00 service fee for any money order or cashier’s check returned to us from the bank for any reason.
